⚖️ Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 5, 2025

By engaging with Recruitosphere ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Recruitosphere and any client ("you", "your") receiving recruitment services.

1. Scope of Services

Recruitosphere agrees to provide recruitment services including, but not limited to: candidate sourcing, initial screening, resume presentation, and interview coordination.

2. Independent Contractor Status

Recruitosphere operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement shall create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the client and Recruitosphere.

3. No Guarantees

Recruitosphere does not guarantee employment retention, performance, or outcomes following a candidate’s hire. All hiring decisions and subsequent employment matters are the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, clear communication, and availability for interviews. Clients are also responsible for all final hiring decisions and onboarding processes.

5. Candidate Communication

Recruitosphere will serve as the primary point of contact between the candidate and client until the offer stage. Any direct communication should be done transparently and professionally to ensure a smooth process.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the engagement private, including resumes, strategies, and business practices.

7. Payments & Invoices

Invoices will be provided upon completion of agreed milestones or placements. Payment is due within 5 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a fee of 5%.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. All outstanding payments for work completed will remain due.

9. Limitation of Liability

Recruitosphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the recruitment process or hired candidate.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
